Information you give us

• Contact and support requests: your name, email address, company name and the content of your message.
• Theme content: the colors, fonts, logos, favicons, menu settings and any custom CSS or files you upload to build your themes.

Information we receive from GoHighLevel

When you install the App, GoHighLevel shares account details needed to run it: your agency ID, company name, user ID, email address, active plan, and the list of sub-accounts you choose to style.

Information collected automatically

• Usage data: pages viewed, theme preview interactions, feature usage and performance metrics to help us fix errors.
• Device and technical logs: IP address, browser type, operating system and timestamps.

• Provide, maintain and update the Custom Theme Studio dashboard and theme styling engine.
• Apply your chosen themes, logos, fonts and colors to your selected GoHighLevel sub-accounts.
• Process subscriptions, verify active installs and manage billing via the GoHighLevel Marketplace.
• Respond to support tickets, answer questions and communicate product updates.
• Detect, prevent and fix security issues, abuse, and technical bugs.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our service (hosting, database, email delivery, error tracking), under strict data protection terms.

Our service providers may process data outside your country. When we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
