Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("we", "us", "our") for your use of the Custom Theme Studio app (the "App") and our website. By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you use the App for a company or agency, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Custom Theme Studio lets you customize the look of your GoHighLevel dashboard, including colors, sidebar, buttons, fonts, logos and menus, and publish themes to your sub-accounts. Every plan includes all features. Plans differ only in how many sub-accounts you can theme, as shown in our pricing section.

Custom Theme Studio is an independent app. It is not made, endorsed or supported by HighLevel Inc. To use the App, you must have an active GoHighLevel account. You are responsible for following GoHighLevel's terms and policies.

GoHighLevel can change its platform at any time. We work to keep your themes working after each update, but we cannot guarantee that a change made by GoHighLevel will never affect how a theme looks or works for a while.

• You must use the App for business purposes and be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your installation, including the sub-accounts you theme.
• Keep your GoHighLevel login secure and tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

• Paid plans are billed in advance through the GoHighLevel Marketplace, on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• Prices do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any taxes that apply.
• We may change prices with at least [30 days] notice. New prices apply from your next billing period.

You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the App from your GoHighLevel Marketplace settings. There are no contracts or cancellation fees. When you cancel, your dashboard goes back to the default look.

Payments are not refundable for partial billing periods, except where the law requires a refund.

You agree not to:

• Use logos, fonts, images or brand names you do not have the right to use.
• Use the App to impersonate another company or to mislead people.
• Upload malicious code, or use custom CSS or files to harm users, systems or data.
• Copy, resell, reverse engineer or try to access the App's source code, except where the law allows it.
• Disrupt or overload the App, or try to get around its security or plan limits.
• Use the App in a way that breaks any law or HighLevel's terms.

You keep all rights to the logos, files, colors and other content you upload ("Your Content"). You give us a limited license to host, store, process and display Your Content only to provide the App to you.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights.

The App, our website, our theme presets and our brand, including the Custom Theme Studio name and logo, belong to us and are protected by law. These Terms give you the right to use the App during your subscription. They do not transfer any ownership to you.

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the App without any obligation to you.

We aim to keep the App available and up to date, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may add, change or remove features over time. If we remove a major feature from your plan, we will tell you in advance.

Support is provided by email on every plan.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from Your Content, your use of the App, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or end your access to the App if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if your payment fails, or if the law requires it. Where possible, we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as Your Content, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will continue.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you by email or inside the App. If you keep using the App after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country / State]. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of [City, Country], unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
